    Short film THINGS THAT MATTER Video shoot Artistic Direction ​ THINGS THAT MATTER THINGS THAT MATTER THINGS THAT MATTER Thomas, a young adult working in finance, is determined to succeed professionally, no matter the hardships and sacrifices, even if it costs him the pleasure of life. His obsession will however be put on hold when he wakes up one morning in the body of his "him" 20 years earlier. It is not without difficulty that Thomas has to relearn the taste for carelessness and simple things. SHORT FILM A WORD FROM JULES CHERBONNIER, director "I don't have time, I have to work. "What is my goal in life?" "If I had started this ten years earlier..." "If I had known." "I will become someone." ​ Creating this project, writing this story comes from a desire to illustrate our quest, I should even say, our common obsession that we have to succeed... To conquer and mark our existence in this world in order to overcome that fear of being forgotten. I think we can all, to some degree, relate to Thomas, his loneliness and perdition in his choices and daily life. We all wish to discover the answer to this search for happiness, our reason or destiny that we feel we have an obligation to fulfill and follow. In my life, I have been Thomas, I have been lost and stubborn, I have been alone by my own doing. My message is the one I got from this experience: Happiness can be found in the small moments of life, it is not enough to chase after some extreme. Take a breath, stop and take the time to see how far you have come, to consider the people who surround you and love you: You don't need anything more, you are happy. ​ Jules CHERBONNIER, Director. A PRODUCTION BY banana CREATIVE AGENCY We accompanied Jules Charbonnier in the production of his short film, LES CHOSES QUI COMPTENT. Our mission: to gather all the technical and human resources and then translate the script and all the intentions of the director into images. PRODUCTION A custom production team was assembled and coordinated with the director including the following passionate experts: ​ Production Manager, Line Producer, Director of Photography, Assistant Director, Director of photography, Chief lighting operator, First assistant camera, Second assistant camera, First gaffer, Second gaffer, Electrician, Script, Backstage photographers, Chief sound operator, Sound assistant, Head decorator, Head of hair and makeup, Stage Manager ​ DIRECTION OF PHOTOGRAPHY We paid particular attention to each shot, each framing in order to translate and sublimate the director's intentions into images. LIGHT The light was artificially composed for each shot in order to ensure homogeneity and consistency throughout the short film. FRAMING In order to ensure the best possible image rendering, we captured every moment with a cinema camera, the ALEXA MINI ARRI. MUSICAL COMPOSITION The original composition of the film was made from scratch in order to translate the director's intentions from a sound point of view. editing We did the editing on the basis of the script through Adobe Première. CALIBRATION We translated the director's intentions through the color grading established on DaVinci.     FUGUE TIME IN PARENTHESES Product design Time in parentheses Fugue was founded in 2017 in Paris and offers a contemporary interpretation of time and its measurement. The name 'Fugue' refers to the intangible nature of time and the beauty of the moment. The brand invites you to take advantage of each opportunity to escape the everyday and it sees its watches as guardians of precious moments. We supported the brand's creation and the definition of its Design DNA. First of all, we worked on the shape of the case with the mantra: 'Le temps entre parenthèses' ('a pause in time'). It has a dynamic and fluid shape. We then focused on the dial, where we chose to highlight the uneven numbers. Once these two aspects were complete, we created four harmonious colour palettes and suggested suitable materials. The Chronostase watch was launched as a limited series of 300.     STATERA BORN TO BALANCE Brand platform Visual identity Restoring the Balance of Silence STATERA Our collaborative process began with the creation of STATERA's brand platform, an in-depth exploration of Yannis' values and mission. This enabled us to crystallise a visual identity imbued with human warmth. The italic typography encourages connection, while the minimalist logo, composed of two semicircles in perfect symbiosis, embodies the idea of stability and balance, a visual metaphor for the name 'Statera', meaning balance in Latin. The introduction of vast landscapes into this visual identity brings a touch of nature and serenity, reinforcing the sense of calm that STATERA seeks to offer. STATERA stands as a beacon of hope, a hand stretched out towards a future where silence regains its tranquillity.     AUDI LIGHT URBAN MOBILITY Design thinking Design transport LIGHT URBAN MOBILITY We worked within the Audi teams on a prospective project. Our mission? To combine compactness and safety, and bring together the best of light mobility and the traditional car in one concept. The aim was to put forward a product that can be parked easily, and would be able to slip through traffic jams, with a closed compartment sheltered from impacts and bad weather so that the user would not need to wear motorbike leathers. After an analysis of the key players on the market, we built a bespoke workshop together, then led a brainstorming session in order to establish the basic aspects defining the BILLYBELT identity. 2.GENESIS The two brothers from Lille, Quentin and Jean Baptiste Gaveau, share a passion for antiques, understated materials and items that stand the test of time. One particular product that has always attracted their interest is the braided leather belt worn by their grandfather. This men's wardrobe staple has been forgotten over the years. 3.SUCCESS STORY It was in 2012 that they came up with the idea of reinventing this iconic accessory to restore its status as a consumer favourite. Today, BILLYBELT is present online and at more than 400 physical points of sale, including the PRINTEMPS network and Galeries LAFAYETTE. 4.VISION Writing a brand platform and photograph and illustration guidelines helped to establish a unified framework.     PEUGEOT SCULPTED BY CENTRIFUGAL FORCE Concept Car SCULPTED BY CENTRIFUGAL FORCE Peugeot challenged us to develop a concept car designed to travel on a race track, i.e. an oval track. This is a tilted course like the one in a velodrome. As it pulls outwards, the effect of centrifugal force gave us the idea of positioning as much mass as possible towards the inside of the track, concentrating it on one side of the vehicle. This necessary asymmetry broadly inspired the design theme – the volume is stretched and gradually defragmented, as if the body had been formed by spinning around the track. Even when this concept car is standing still, the body reveals its purpose.
