After making a surprise report
and an analysis of the latest trends,
Tribord, the outdoor brand for water sports
and wind from Decathlon, entrusted us with the animation of its vision workshop.

For three days, we alternated meeting
and team building.
The goal: Obtain team consensus
on a common vision, so that the latter is the basis for building in a sustainable way
the future of the brand.
